How It Works
1. Book Online
Browse our selection of clean, high-quality baby gear and add what you need to your cart. At checkout, you’ll choose your delivery and pickup times, along with your location (hotel, Airbnb, rental, etc.).
2. We’ll Confirm Everything
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Then, the day before delivery, I’ll personally text you to confirm the details and make sure everything’s set — just in case anything needs to be adjusted.
3. Delivery Day
For most deliveries, someone must be present to receive the gear. If you’re staying at a hotel that allows lobby or front desk drop-offs (like many Disney-area hotels), I’ll let you know and can leave it there for a seamless handoff. Otherwise, I’ll meet you at the scheduled time and location.
4. Enjoy Your Stay
Use the gear just like you would at home — no stress, no hauling, and everything clean, safe, and ready to go.
5. Pickup
At the end of your rental, I’ll arrive at the scheduled time for pickup. Just like with delivery, someone must be present unless we’ve arranged a lobby/front desk return at a hotel that allows it.
