Are your strollers Disneyland-approved?
Yes! All of our strollers meet Disneyland’s size requirements and are park-friendly. You’ll have no problem bringing them through security and into the parks.
How does delivery work?
We deliver straight to your hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental. During checkout, you’ll choose your preferred delivery and pickup times. Most Disneyland-area hotels allow us to leave gear with the front desk. If your location requires a meet-and-greet (like some Disney resorts), we’re happy to meet you in person at your chosen time.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Once payment is complete, your reservation is confirmed. We can often deliver within 2 hours. After booking, just text us to confirm availability — we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
What areas do you deliver to, and what are the fees?
Here’s a quick breakdown:

- Orange County including John Wayne (SNA) – $35
- Inland Empire including Ontario Airport (ONT)– $40
- Long Beach Airport (LGB) – $40
- Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) – $80
How is the rental period calculated?
Rentals are based on calendar days, not by the hour. Whether you receive your gear at 9 AM or 8 PM, that day counts as Day 1. Please plan delivery and pickup dates accordingly.
Is your gear clean and safe?
Always. We thoroughly clean, sanitize, and inspect every item before and after each rental. We only rent gear we’d use for our own kids.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We understand plans can change, so feel free to text us — we’ll do our best to work with you.
What happens if something gets dirty or damaged?
We don’t charge for normal wear and tear. But if something is returned excessively dirty (like smoke, pee, or vomit), a $25 cleaning fee may apply. Lost or damaged items beyond repair may result in a replacement charge. We’ll always reach out first before making any charges.
Can I update my reservation after booking?
Yes! You can modify your reservation up to 24 hours before delivery. For last-minute updates, send us a text and we’ll do what we can to help.
